part V

This is my favourite of my photography series so far! At the end of 2011, I was asked to shoot a wedding. An actual wedding. The bride, Karen, asked my art teacher to shoot her wedding, as she did this part time, however she was busy, and hence, referred Karen to me. At this point I had only been taking photographs for around six months so this was a huge honour. Karen also reassured  me saying she was more nervous than me, however, I don't agree with that. I couldn't sleep the night before the wedding and I was stressed to the max to ensure I got some amazing shots. Afterall, someone did put their trust in me to create the memories of the happiest day of their life. Above, I have put some of my favourites together. I was incredibly  proud of the pictures I got and so were the bride and groom! I also must give credit to my friend Ella, who I featured on my first post within the series, who accompanied me for emotional support and creative help. Thanks, Ella!
